The founder of Izaza lawyers concerned Faculty of the SAT
"Income, less costs, less expenses, you have to declare both and have to pay. If you believe this is an exercise of freedom, it is of worth. I think this is a Big Brother that violates fundamental rights", he added.
He noted that from the first half of 2014 employers will be required to provide their employees electronic pay slips.
The founder of Izaza lawyers concerned Faculty of the SAT to publish on its website the name, business name and RFC of taxpayers "with which it is considered risky to hold commercial acts", in virtue of which do not comply with their tax obligations.
Small taxpayers will now have to spend on an accountant's fees

Izaza considered the incorporation regime that encourages informality. "The regime REPECOS leave them more money and not to give account to anyone".
